How does it work?
We recommend our three session Introduction to Training course as the perfect Train-the-Trainer course. Delivering a good training course is something of an art. Course leaders need to be prepared, of course, and they should have given lots of thought to the content… but the true skill of a trainer isn’t just to know the ‘what’ but to really think about the ‘how’ of imparting knowledge.
This course will help your staff get to grips with the basics of devising and delivering a training course of their very own. We’ll look at how to draw together and structure the content, create resources that really work along with some powerful techniques to engage your audience.
